United Security Bancshares (USBI)

This is a small Alabama bank with a market cap of $175M, whose shares I own. ROA > 2%, efficiency ratio < 50% and yield of > 3%. Not extremely cheap on a P/E basis (13X TTM), but track record is great. EPS CAGR from 2000-2005 was 23%, no doubt helped by higher spread, but impressive nonetheless when compared to peers.
